Hours: 30-35 hours /Week

Job Duties
- Plan and develop menus featuring authentic Szechuan and Northeastern Chinese cuisine
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures
- Monitor food costs, control inventory, and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Oversee kitchen scheduling and workflow efficiency
- Maintain authenticity of dishes and improve menu offerings
Qualifications
- Language of Work: English, Chinese is an asset
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
