Join Oxford Brookes University as the Head Coach for their Men's Football teams. Drive training and competitive success with your coaching skills and expertise.
As the head coach, you will plan and implement a comprehensive coaching programme for both teams. This includes leading training sessions twice a week and attending matches for the first team during term time. You will work closely with club officials and student leaders to ensure a competitive and inclusive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging coaching sessions for 1st and 2nd teams
• Aid individual player growth and skill enhancement
• Deliver tactical guidance during competitive matches
• Work with committee on fair team selection processes
• Support volunteer coaches in their development
Requirements:
• Hold a minimum UEFA C License
• Valid Emergency First Aid certificate
