Drive the Transformation journey of the Accounting Function in Airbus Helicopters in Marignane

The Head of Finance Transformation and Systems - Accounting and Consolidation for the Helicopter division will lead the development and execution of the finance transformation initiatives for the end to end Accounting processes. The future incumbent will drive process optimisation, standardisation, and digital enablement to enhance the efficiency of the financial operations and accuracy of the financial data, creating a solid ERP foundation in all of our entities worldwide. S/he will collaborate on the evolution of the organisational design and employee upskilling to adapt to new ways of working with the new digital solutions and foster organisational change.
