Purpose
The Head of Finance, Accounting & Administration leads the financial governance, accounting operations, administrative coordination, and regulatory-compliance functions of the Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role is the primary financial authority below the executive layer — accountable for the integrity of financial reporting, the strength of internal controls, and the discipline of administrative and regulatory compliance across the parent company and its subsidiaries.
