Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with significant growth and excellent business plans for success in the coming future. They do various business including securities, asset management, corporate finance, etc.
Report to Chief Financial Officer and lead a team to effective the daily finance and accounting operation, including but not limited to financial planning and controlling, management accounting, regulatory reporting, general accounting activities, etc. Provide professional input with the point of view of financial status/analysis for management decision on potential investment projects Monitor daily funding, liquid capital and cash flow of the Company Liaise with external auditors in interim and annual audit and other regulatory bodies e.g. SFC, HKEX whenever required; Work closely with major banks for deposit rates and other banking facilities Requirement: :
