Head of Sales (only LATAM countries)
Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives across Mexico and LATAM.
- Generate new leads and close deals in fintech/trading sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience in LATAM.
- Extensive network in fintech or trading.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Head of Customer Success (Pro Coffee Gear)
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Mentor and manage Customer Success team.
- Implement processes to improve satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in customer success leadership.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑growing e‑commerce environment.
