• Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law
• +15 years of experience at a multinational company
• Proven experience leading legal teams
• Advanced English
• Experience drafting and negotiating company contracts, including procurement, litigation-related, customs, and foreign trade agreements.
• Experience overseeing internal and external legal service providers for litigation, compliance, and labor matters and collective bargaining
• Commitment to the importance of integrity and compliance

Skills:

• Strong understanding of contract principles and solid analytical skills.
• General knowledge of foreign trade concepts.
• General knowledge of Mexican labor law and social security matters.
