YOUR TASKS
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and achievement of KPIs.
- Implement and oversee TPM, preventive, and autonomous maintenance systems.
- Plan and optimize resources, budget, and spare parts management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
