Role Description
We are hiring this position to drive sellers' operational excellence in External Fulfillment (EF) programs for MX and BR, supporting the growth of the 3P business in the region and guaranteeing long-term success for sellers and for Amazon.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of team management experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbally and writing)
- MBA
- Portuguese (Fluent/Advanced)
