About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Operations & AI Enablement to build and scale our Staffing and EOR operations into a high-performance, revenue-generating engine. This is not a management-only role. Own and scale Staffing and EOR operations end-to-end ● Build high-performance, revenue-driven teams ● Automation & Digital Execution ● Implement automation across operations and quoting ● Improve deal quality, close rates, and revenue activation
