Trans Mountain seeks a motivated Health and Safety Inspector on a contract basis. This position requires strong expertise in construction health and safety, hazard identification, and contractor oversight. You will monitor compliance through inspections, audits, and reporting, while proactively influencing safe work practices to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform adherence checks with IMM tools for contractors
• Document results in daily reports and preventative action reports
• Communicate regularly with Health & Safety teams
• Participate in planning and safety meetings with leaders
• Support investigations of incidents and near misses
