Your Opportunity:

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to provide quality patient care on unit 71/72 at the Foothills Medical Centre. The patients and families we serve include those who are waiting for transfer to an alternate level of care setting in the community and acute medicine patients. Our patients will have complex, diverse, stable and unstable care needs. The Health Care Aide will assist in the provision of direct patient care - the primary duties include performing tasks related to activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and safety rounds of patients, assist with feeding, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary health care team to deliver high quality patient care to our patient population. The successful candidate will be working on both Units 71& 72.
