Your Opportunity:

As a successful HCA, you will work as a team as well as working individually in a self-motivated environment that is always changing. Adhering to the provided care plan that has been established in collaboration with the client, family and members of the interdisciplinary team will support you in your every changing environment. You will perform health care duties as authorized on the client’s care plan, including but not limited to simple dressings, medication assistance, catheter care, ostomy care and exercises for range of movement and strengthening.You have an opportunity to contribute as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team; demonstrating excellent creativity and resourcefulness with the ability to think on your feet with little direction.
