KLS Earthworks Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Health & Safety Administrator to support our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys data entry, organization, administration, and working with people. No previous health and safety experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
This is an office-based role that plays a critical part in supporting employee onboarding, safety compliance, training coordination, and documentation management.
What You’ll Do
Employee Onboarding & Orientations
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations
- Complete orientation paperwork and onboarding documentation
- Schedule client-specific orientations
- Track employee training requirements and certifications
