Role Description

Thompson Construction Group has immediate openings for Heavy Equipment Fuel and Lube Technicians to support our Fort McMurray operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily fueling and greasing of equipment and will assist Heavy Duty Technicians with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and maintaining equipment to high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and standards

  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Fuel and grease equipment on a daily basis

  • Support Heavy Duty Technicians with maintenance tasks as needed

  • Diagnose and repair equipment when required, including accurate documentation of repair orders
