Heavy Equipment Operator/Labourer (Stouffville)

Responsibilities

• Must have prior experience operating a production & shipping loader with scales (typically CAT 980 or equivalent).
• Responsible for coordinating with Dispatch in regards to quantities of limestone material into and out of the yard.
• Responsible for efficiently optimizing & operating the loader, screening plant for routine production, while utilizing any stackers, generators and associated equipment as required.
• Responsible for general maintenance, housekeeping (yard, trailer, plants, equipment), labour, and ongoing daily site clean-up.
• Responsible to communicate effectively with drivers, the scale personnel, customers, and the Production & Facilities Manager.
• Routine electronic/paper reporting including but not limited to: equipment inspections, fuel reports, and circle checks.
