Heavy Equipment Technician - Journeyperson/2nd year Apprentice

We are recruiting a Heavy Duty-Equipment Technician to join our team in our Blackfalds AB shop. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and other equipment. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in heavy truck and trailer repair, excellent problem‑solving skills, knowledge of off‑road and on‑road equipment, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and heavy‑duty trucks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in heavy equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
