On behalf of our US-based client, we are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Staffing Coordinator to manage daily open cases and ensure all shifts are fully staffed with suitable aides. This role is critical to maintaining service quality and requires speed, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

- Identifying caregiver availability and staffing new cases efficiently
- Utilizing HHAX availability reports and Smart Maps to search for caregivers
- Creating and maintaining a personal availability list based on caregiver conversations
