Role Description
Join Airbnb’s Luxe initiative as a Home Consultant in Kelowna, CA. Conduct property assessments and documentation to uphold luxury standards across the portfolio.
As part of Managed Services, you’ll assess homes in person and submit evaluations, maintaining the high quality Airbnb expects. Each consultation takes roughly two hours, and assignments can vary throughout the program, allowing for a flexible schedule based on demand and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute in-person home assessments and evaluations
• Document property conditions and capture photos
• Prepare assessment reports following guidelines
• Communicate professionally with Hosts during consultations
• Manage scheduling through MediaBox and email
Requirements:
• Background in hospitality, design, or real estate beneficial
• Must have reliable transportation for travel
