• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and care plans
• Ensure ongoing patient and family communication throughout care
• Offer educational support for coding and EMR practices
• Participate in 24/7 hospital care alongside other staff
Requirements:
• Family Medicine residency and Medical Degree required
