Hotel Director

I am currently searching for a Hotel Director on Vancouver Island to lead the day‑to‑day operations and ensure a strong guest experience through service standards, attention to detail, and hands‑on leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee hotel operations including reservations, occupancy, staffing, property inspections, compliance, and collaboration with leadership teams from other departments.

Key focuses of the role will be to build strong hospitality industry relationships while managing operational, financial, HR, and sales/marketing functions to support the hotel’s strategic goals.

Candidates should possess a post‑secondary degree (Bachelor’s in Hospitality preferred), strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and experience using hotel property management systems (PMS).
