Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards
• Be true to Our Promise, meet and exceed the service philosophies and standards of the Inn
• Lead by example and be a pro-active member of the Wickaninnish Inn Housekeeping Team, and consistently demonstrate a positive and team-building approach
• In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor/s, be the contact person for all staff or guests who may be requiring immediate assistance, and follow up with the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor as necessary
