We are seeking a highly motivated HR Analyst – Transformation & Operations to support the execution of a strategic HR Transformation and Operational Excellence initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation and system readiness
• Ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience

Talent Program Management

• Manage the internship program end-to-end, including attraction, selection, onboarding, follow-up, and reporting
• Monitor program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Internal Communication and Culture

• Design and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
• Support employer branding and culture-building efforts
