Role Description

The HR Advisor has a regional scope covering EMEA and APAC, with responsibility for delivering consistent, compliant, and high‑quality HR operations across multiple countries. The role works closely with senior HR Business Partners to support employees and managers, while ensuring robust execution of employee lifecycle processes, local labor law compliance, and HR operational standards across regions.

HR Operations & employee lifecycle

  • Own end‑to‑end HR operational processes across EMEA and APAC, including:
  • onboarding, employment contracts, amendments, transfers, leave management, and offboarding
  • Draft and issue employment contracts, addenda, and HR documentation in line with country‑specific labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date, and audit‑ready employee records in HR systems
  • Track contract types, probation periods, notice requirements, renewals, and statutory deadlines
