   OVERVIEW  
  JOB PURPOSE: 
 The HR Business Partner (HRBP) delivers effective HR services and an engaging employee experience, and provides expert knowledge and support to leaders, managers and employees in assigned client groups, covering employee relations, total rewards, organizational design, workforce planning, job definition, learning and development, performance management and recruitment. Acts as a business partner with the organization’s stakeholders and client groups. The HRBP provides guidance and recommendations on best practices related to employee advisory services.
  QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 
 A university degree in business, human resources management or related field.
 A minimum 7+ years’ progressive experience in employee relations and HR business partner/HR advisory role to people leaders.
 CHRP/CHRL designation and Registered Professional Recruiter certification considered assets.
