HR Business Partner (LATAM)

About the Role

VelaFi is looking for an HR Business Partner to support our growing LATAM team during a key stage of regional expansion. This role will partner closely with managers and employees across the region to strengthen organizational effectiveness, support talent initiatives, and help scale people's processes in a fast-paced international environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong business partnership skills with operational execution and is comfortable working across performance management, organizational structure, compensation analysis, employee engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and people operations.

This is a highly hands-on role. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating independently while managing multiple priorities across countries and teams.
