HRBP is responsible for wide range of HR Tasks, such as interviewing/hiring new candidates, onboarding process, administration employee’s benefits, leaves, expats administration, organization structure, implementing HR policies, training coordination. Act as main point of contact for KAN’s employees’ queries on HR related topics. Will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management for KAN Project at BU Mexico. Manages all human resources, for KAN project, related activities including: Talent acquisition, Managing and resolving complex employee relation issues, Compensations & benefits, Performance management, Workforce planning, Learning & development, Disciplinary actions, Employee recognitions,Performance management.
