• Drive onboarding and training programs, creating a smooth, positive integration experience aligned with our organizational culture.
• Advise leaders on talent review and development planning processes, fostering professional growth, retention, and internal succession.
• Monitor and analyze key People Management indicators, proposing data‑driven continuous improvement actions.
• Manage training and recruitment budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources aligned with strategic priorities.
