Human Resources Business Partner

This position is on-site model in our Sao Bernardo do Campo unit.

Position Summary 

In light of the organizational expansion, the HRBP will serve as a strategic consultant to leadership. The goal is to manage the increasing complexity of a growing workforce, ensuring that talent management, organizational design, and employee relations scale effectively with the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

Strategic Partnership: Translate business objectives into HR strategies, focusing on change management and organizational effectiveness during the SFE ramp-up.
