Frazer Jones is retained on a confidential basis to appoint a HR Director to oversee the Southeast Asia region (total of 6 markets). This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore. In this critical regional leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR agenda for the sales offices across Southeast Asia. With the business entering a strategic phase of commercial expansion in key growth markets, this role will be integral in strengthening HR fundamentals, building organisational capability, and ensuring the HR function effectively supports the region’s long‑term commercial objectives. The total headcount size of the organization hovers at slightly under 300. Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
