Role Description
Position Objective
To administer, execute, review, and document Human Resources processes for personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation, internal policies, operational guidelines, and requirements for internal, client, and labor authority audits.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience managing multi-site personnel.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law.
- Personnel administration and pre-payroll processes.
- Social Security and housing fund processes.
- Document control and labor audit preparation.
- Basic HR KPI reporting.
