About the role

The HR Generalist serves international/remote team members with Rippling as their EOR (Employer of Record) and is responsible for assisting EOR team members and their leaders by responding to inquiries and providing assistance throughout the employee life cycle, related to policies, procedures, benefits, including timekeeping. Support HR managers, facilitate employee relations conversations, conduct investigations, maintain up-to-date policies, and assist with various HR functions.
