Role

HR Generalist for the CCAM cluster (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama and Ecuador). This role supports the execution of HR strategies and people processes in the region and works closely with HR Business Partners for manufacturing and administrative populations, ensuring implementation of key HR initiatives such as labor relations, engagement, talent processes, onboarding, communications, well-being, performance management, and regulatory compliance. The role acts as an operational enabler to deliver consistent HR and a solid employee experience across the region.
