As a Senior HR Generalist, your expertise will support plant leadership and enhance HR initiatives focused on safety and engagement. You will be responsible for managing processes, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring operational excellence in the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary HR advisor to leadership
• Guide employee relations and operational strategies
• Conduct recruitment for 5–20 positions concurrently
• Manage employee data in ADP Workforce Now
• Foster relationships with employees on the production floor

• 8–12 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing
