Hr Information Systems Intern

Job Summary: Join our Financial Technology Team as an intern in the General Services area, gaining hands‑on experience in technology solutions that support financial operations.

• Perform Workday integration monitoring and send integration results to users (Workday, PNET and T&A).
• Provide user support and execute mass load processes in Workday.
• Update SharePoint and develop application instructions.
• Facilitate meetings with users and manage HRIS metrics.
• Interact with providers such as Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, and T&A.
• Maintain Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power Automate, macros).
• Support Total Rewards areas: benefits management, savings fund, retirement (pension plan), compensation management.
