Primary Purpose:The HR Inquiries Administrator (HRIA) receives and resolves HR cases/tickets and completes the required actions. This customer-service focused role is primarily responsible for working closely with the Tier 1 team to ensure that all cases are resolved, consistently meeting/exceeding established key performance metrics including SLA to deliver service excellence.
