In this position, you will provide comprehensive onboarding while supporting management in various HR tasks. Your expertise includes processing paperwork, delivering training, and being the go-to for employee inquiries. Preferred candidates will have health care experience and a strong grasp of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle new hire paperwork and background checks
• Facilitate general onboarding sessions for new employees
• Administer payroll and benefit documentation
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues
• Conduct exit interviews and facilitate off-boarding

• At least two years’ experience in HR
• Knowledge of HR policies and provincial regulations
