Job Description:

The position will be based out of Azim Premji Foundation ,Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable people strategies, operating with high autonomy and accountability.
• Partner with leaders as a strategic advisor on people and organization decisions aligned to business priorities.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and performance interventions to support scale and execution.
• Manage entire life cycle of an employee from onboarding to exit
• Drive talent and succession decisions for critical roles in partnership with business leaders
• Balance strategy with execution by independently driving high-priority HR initiatives end-to-end.
• Able to handle complex people matters working with the leaders, ensuring fair and business‑aligned outcomes.
