What will you do?
Start Your Career in Talent Acquisition; As a Recruiting Intern, you'll get real-world exposure to how companies attract, evaluate, and hire talent. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn by doing and be involved in real recruitment processes from day one. Your day-to-day activities will include: Supporting the full recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions Reviewing resumes and identifying operative talent Coordinating interviews and connecting with candidates Supporting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus initiatives Helping maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Working closely with HR and business teams on active hiring projects This internship is designed to give you practical experience, not just observation. *Location: Schneider Electric, Planta Rojo Gómez: Av.
