What will you do?
Start Your Career in Talent Acquisition; As a Recruiting Intern,you'll get real-world exposure to how companies attract, evaluate, and hire talent.This is a hands-on role where you'll learn by doing and be involved in real recruitment processes from day one.Your day-to-day activities will include:- Supporting the full recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions- Reviewing resumes and identifying operative talent- Coordinating interviews and connecting with candidates- Supporting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus initiatives- Helping maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers- Working closely with HR and business teams on active hiring projects- This internship is designed to give you practical experience, not just observation.
