Role Description
Drive talent acquisition at the City of Brandon as the HR Recruitment and Retention Lead. This full-time position emphasizes strategic planning for recruitment and retention efforts to align with organizational objectives and legislative standards.
You will report to the HR Officer and be tasked with enhancing the candidate experience from initial engagement through hiring.
