Hr & Safety Coordinator, 2nd Shift Winnipeg

This position is for our 2nd shift (11:00AM-7:30PM, Monday-Friday). This role is 100% onsite in Stockton, CA. The HR & Safety Coordinator will be in office at one of our Stockton manufacturing facilities. This person will support daily HR operations, help foster a protected and respectful workplace, and assist in creating a positive and productive culture across the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Build trusted relationships with associates and help address any questions related to policies, perks, and/or HR procedures
• Support new-hire training and onboarding
• Partner with our third-party staffing agencies for successful hiring and record keeping
• Review and process timecards and attendance records for payroll accuracy
• Track and file corrective actions, employee statements, safety incidents, and compliance documents
