Role Description
Responsibilities
Perform moderate process administration in his/her area of responsibility. Responsible to solve tickets in system attending questions and requisitions from internal customers (HR, managers, employees). Process HR transactions in system including new hires, onboarding, terminations, promotions, and transfers. Document process completion based on the relevant Work Instruction and performs quality checks. Support the design, application and continual improvement of HR processes. Collaborate with HR Service Hub Leadership to ensure consistency and standardization across HR processes. Handles moderate employee inquiries allocated in his/her queue. Resolves in priority order or forwards the employee related questions to the respective queue, informs requestor about inquiry status. Can serve as contact to HR Vendors (e.g. Payroll, Time, ...) and other stakeholders (em...
