Job Summary
Join B. Braun as part of the Human Resources team to support and enhance the company’s impact on global health. You will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees for all HR transaction‑related queries, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees for all HR transaction‑related queries and promote efficient delivery of specific processes (e.g., contract and data administration) by solving complex inquiries that require HR knowledge and policy interpretation.
- Handle telephone and e‑mail queries in the HR SSC and act as the first filter for unresolved issues.
- Takes ownership of callers’ issue resolution, providing guidance and solutions and referring unresolved cases to HR Back‑Office specialists.
