HR Specialist - COL

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll operations for the cluster Colombia (Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana) within the Latin America HR Hub. You will manage the payroll cycle, which is executed by our payroll vendor, while ensuring compliance with local labor and tax regulations. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve inquiries and maintain high service standards. Your work will directly support operational continuity and compliance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll audit for employees in Colombia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and validate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and variable compensation).
• Administer benefits, social security contributions, and statutory deductions within the payroll system.
