Responsibilities- Calculation of severance pay: Determine amounts in accordance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Obligation management: Administer and remit contributions related to savings funds, Fonacot, pension plans, and withheld income tax.
- SAP maintenance: Update and maintain personnel information in the system, as well as generate periodic reports for decision‑making.
- CFDI and accounting reconciliation: Review and reconcile digital tax receipts with accounting records, ensuring the integrity of financial information.
- Solid knowledge of applicable labor and tax laws.
- Experience in payroll processing and severance pay calculations.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and data management tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
