YOUR TASKS

• Calculation of severance pay: Determine amounts in accordance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Obligation management: Administer and remit contributions related to savings funds, Fonacot, pension plans, and withheld income tax.
• SAP maintenance: Update and maintain personnel information in the system, as well as generate periodic reports for decision-making.
