Role Description

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and organize socials (summer/winter social, some snack and drink events)

  • HR tasks (inputting days off etc). 

  • Some reception coverage as the successful candidate would be part of the Admin team 

  • Some marketing tasks

  • Some accounting (disbursement posting)

  • Helping with boardroom scheduling/lunch if needed

  • Assisting with setup for new incoming staff (office setup, stamp/card ordering)

  • Kitchen maintenance (ordering of supplies, general tidiness)

  • Assist with facilities maintenance (call in lights that need changing)

  • Be the check in person for staff working remotely

  • Order general stationary supplies

  • Support the Director of Operations with day to day tasks
  • Salary: 55-60k per annum, dependent on experience
