As a Co-op student in your 3rd or 4th year, you will contribute to enhancing workplace safety standards at IKO Industries. You will assist in maintaining training matrices, support supervisors during training, and liaise with plant staff on safety and environmental matters. Your strong organizational and analytical skills will be essential in monitoring compliance and ensuring effective communication within the team.

• Ensure training matrix is up to date and create schedules
• Liaise with staff on health, safety, and environmental issues
• Oversee contractor compliance during on-site projects
