Role Description
Drive safety excellence as an HSE Specialist committed to compliance and risk reduction. Oversee health and safety programs to ensure safe manufacturing practices and enhance staff awareness.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving safety programs within a manufacturing context. Collaborating directly with facility managers, you'll monitor and adapt to regulatory changes while leading incident investigations. Your technical support and leadership will be critical in achieving a workplace devoid of incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach staff on safe communication and behaviors
• Evaluate and implement hazard control programs
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies
• Review incidents to drive corrective action
